2. After the wax parts come out, we first self-check, mainly to check whether there is any deformation or other defects during the mold-drawing process. Wax pieces should be placed neatly according to a uniform placement method, avoid overlapping and hanging in the air as much as possible. When finished products are shipped, they can be inspected with jigs, which can improve the inspection speed and accuracy. Calibrate the fixture according to a certain cycle.
3. After the stainless steel casting is poured, when the temperature of the module is still high, overlap should be avoided, and it should be placed regularly, so that the deformation direction is consistent, which is convenient for shaping and correcting the fashion clip.
4. The fixture for correcting castings is made of hard materials, and the surface should be wear-resistant.
